Besides working full-time as a teacher I do freelance desktop publishing for a number of not-for-profit agencies in the Chicago area. I create newsletters and maintain websites for a number of Chicago-area synagogues, including Lakeside Congregation for Reform Judaism and Sukkat Shalom. I also maintain the website for the Sager Solomon Schechter Middle School. My strong background in Jewish education gives me an equally strong foundation for Jewish communications.

Every summer I work with other technology coordinators to present several week-long tech camps for the teachers of the Solomon Schechter Schools of Metropolitan Chicago. We teach teachers about creating websites, using Microsoft Powerpoint™ in their classrooms, using the Internet, movie editing and digital photography.
